So, the PS5 Pro has been hyped a lot, but, it seems it's a scam! When Sony had the PS5 in 2020, people asked when the pro version would be released. Recently, Sony has announced the ability to pre-order the PS5 Pro. Since this has been highly anticipated, you can expect that a lot of people were excited about its release! But when people realized that it's slightly better than the normal PS5. But just how much better?
Well the PS5 Pro comes with tons of things that are better than the normal version, but some parts a barely even changed. For example, The normal PS5 only has 800 GigaBytes (GB) of storage while the PS5 Pro has over a terabyte! It seems like Sony is at least trying to catch up to Microsoft Xbox by advancing their tech as well. While this is something that has improved for the PS5 Pro, not everything has improved this much. One thing that would be great for this example is the GPU. While they are using a new GPU some things like the GigaHerzt (GHz) have improved very little. The normal PS5 had 2.23 GHz while the new one has 2.5 GHz. This means that the new one is slightly faster than the regular version.

All in all, the PS5 Pro is still a pretty cool console but it's not much better than the normal PS5. If you have an older console then the PS5 Pro might be a pretty good console but if you have any console like the PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, then changing to the PS5 Pro might not be the best option. It is not much better than the normal PS5 and it also costs less to make than they're selling it for. The regular PS5 costs around $400-$500 and costs $450 to make. The PS5 Pro however costs $700 and costs around $300-$400 to make so they're making tons of profit so you could just get the PS5 for a better deal!
