This week's Comet of Classen is Monicalian Mawi, an 8th-grade IB major. Monica likes to draw, bake, take pictures, and play random sports in her free time. She has 3 birds; 1 cockatiel and 2 parakeets. Outside of school, Monica helps elementary students with their homework and reading skills. Also during the summer, she joins summer programs.

Monica is a great student and person because she helps a lot of people step out of their comfort zone. She pushed them to do what they wanted to do. She is also a great person to talk about your problems to. She radiates positivity wherever she goes. Monica is an awesome person in our community. Thank you for being great.
